"I think everything in life is art. What you do. How you dress. The way you love someone, and how you talk. Your smile and your personality. What you believe in, and all your dreams. The way you drink your tea. How you decorate your home. Your party. Your grocery list. The food you make. How you writing looks. And the way you feel. Life is art."
Helena Bonham Carter
How It Got Started
I grew up in a sheltered small town in the beautiful countryside of Pennsylvania. There I graduated high school with my class of three. It was in my high school years when I decided to really be conscious of my way of living and adopt habits that would positively support me being my best self. Then I started college and was surrounded by a bigger sea of people and experiences. This environment proved to be very physically and emotionally taxing. I really grew to understand the impact that my daily routine and practices had on my happiness, productivity, and impact on those around me. Being a lover of beauty, nature, health, and relationships I explored and still to this day strive to incoporate these loves appripirately into my day. I love conversing deep topics such as these with others and that is why I am here.
